My name is Elizabeth Wilhoite. I enjoy hiking, skiing, movies, music and, of course, lifting weights. My passion for fitness and nutrition began at an early age from playing soccer,  hiking with my family, and cooking healthy dinners with my mom. I have a bachelor's degree in Physiology and Psychology from the University of Colorado. I received my personal training and nutrition coach certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have been training and coaching people about nutrition for a little over one year. I have many specialties in fitness coaching, including weight loss, rehabilitation, and functional strength training. Fitness enriches lives and supports healthy and happy living physically and mentally. Let me help you reach your health and fitness goals!

Zackary Morris


Hey everyone! My name is Zackary Morris (yes the same name from Saved by the Bell). I grew up around fitness and athletics whether it was sports, weight lifting, or just about anything outdoors where people are being active and healthy so becoming a trainer has been a dream of mine for a while. I attended the University of Georgia Southern where I majored in Business Management and trained clients at the school's gym for a year. I realized I had a passion for training at that point and knew that’s what I wanted to do as a career. I then got my personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports medicine right after graduating. I started training people online but it just wasn’t the same as that one on one connection you can really build with someone doing sessions in person.. That’s when I decided to reach out to the hometown gym and see if they were interested in a trainer and lucky enough they were. I can help in just about every area of fitness and absolutely love helping people reach their goals and changing their lives!
