Meet Our Trainer
My name is Elizabeth Wilhoite. I enjoy hiking, skiing, movies, music and, of course, lifting weights. My passion for fitness and nutrition began at an early age from playing soccer, hiking with my family, and cooking healthy dinners with my mom. I have a bachelor's degree in Physiology and Psychology from the University of Colorado. I received my personal training and nutrition coach certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have been training and coaching people about nutrition for a little over one year. I have many specialties in fitness coaching, including weight loss, rehabilitation, and functional strength training.
