A: Yes, The Rock Fitness offers day passes for non-members at a rate of $10 per day. These passes are available for use only during office and staffed hours. If you are under 18 years of age, your parent must accompany you to purchase the day pass and must bring proper identification. Please contact your specific TRFC location for details regarding acceptable identification documents. Additionally, keep in mind that the last day pass is sold one hour before closing. A: Absolutely!  Currently, our only location serving personal training clients is in Cartersville, BUT we're keen on expanding our personal training staff to better serve our community. TRFC is always on the lookout for enthusiastic and skilled personal trainers to join our growing team  . Are you a personal trainer? We are looking to add trainers to our staff at all of our locations. If you're passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals, we would love to hear from you. Absolutely! But we do have some restrictions- due to each location being 24/7 our insurance requires we follow the current set guidelines.
