All of the locations are 24/7, but you can check the staffed hours under each individual locations as they all differ.

Yes, day passes are sold for $10 per day. These passes are to be used during office and staffed hours only. If you are under 18 your parent must come in with you to purchase. The last day pass is sold one hour before closing and you must exit the building when staff leave.

Yes! Each location has a Pro Shop at the front desk where you can get various different items from pre-workout to t-shirts. We also have different protein bars and healthy snacks!

Absolutely! But we do have some restrictions- due to each location being 24/7 our insurance requires we follow the current set guidelines.
