AM Grind: Jumpstart your day with this fast-paced class loaded with intervals, strength training, cardio components and the most fun you’ve ever had at 5 in the morning. You can skip the coffee after these workouts!
Beginner’s Yoga: Novice yoga class introduces the basics of yoga techniques. Gentle repetitive yoga poses equip you for the natural unassisted flow of yoga.
BURN: This class offers a variety of stations that focus on cardio, strength, plyometric and core training. You will not only burn away fat/calories but throughout each workout, you are sure to ignite your muscles and feel the BURN!
Pound: Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga & Pilates-inspired movements.
Strength: 45 minutes of body weight and dumbbell based full-body muscle training with a short burst of cardio --- in true Bootcamp style with Tabata’s, pyramids, supersets, and more!
Stretch & Relaxation: More than just stretching, this class uses breathing techniques as well as incorporating yoga sequences to help soothe and revitalize your mind, body & soul.
Zumba: We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called an exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
